A dedicated VR app for an escape game running on OculusGo solo developed as freelance. The function of the application has been set by my clients: it must depict an existing room in the escape game and the player must discover elements in a "hacking" mood, in order to communicate them to his team.

In order to fit the clients' specifications, I designed a simple mechanic: stare the highlighted element to reveal whatever is related to. Here's the prototype.
I programmed and integrated the entire application.
I modeled all the 3D assets, with the constraint of replicating an existing room in the escape game.
I realized several vfx and shaders in order to set as much as possible the "hacking" mood expected by the clients.
In agreement with the customers, we chose to create a simple and immersive interface providing signs&feedbacks. I chose to place a horizontal design sticked to the camera to avoid motion sickness and give a futuristic look.
Every information unlocked by the player is accompanied by an explicit text and 2D animation for an optimal comprehension and some juiciness.
As this project was a commission, I worked iteratively with the clients, giving them regular updates on the progress of the various features, models and graphics in order to process every feedback almost instantaneously.
